The drawers are eighteen inches deep but you can only open them 10.5 inches thus making half of the space unusable. Do not buy if you are looking to store files.

Very poorly made. The handles were on inside. It was difficult to loosen screws without stripping them. After moved handles and loaded it can't lock it. Only middle drawer would lock but when turn key it goes off track. Even tried with drawer empty.

I am returning this file cabinet. Staples should really remove it from inventory. I filled the drawer 1/3 with files and the drawer's plastic rollers found it too much weight. A file drawer that can only handle 5 files is worthless.

the workmanship of this product is of poor quality the doors are very flemsy sometimes hard to open. Not very happy of the purchase at all

The gliders are slipping off the tracks very easily. If there is no weight in drawer it works easily but if weight is put in drawer it slips off and does not align. All drawers are out of align. Too flimsy.
