The file cabinet is fine I miss the fact that it does not have any compression to keep the files upright.

Happy with it. Metal is VERY thin but then so was price. Drawers open/close easily lock works. Just what I wanted for light use item. .

Fills the Need

The file cabinets are a perfect size not too big. They are low enough to fit under a desk or table or you could stack them and they still wouldn't be that tall. The material is a light weight steel and a little thin but it makes it easy to move. When you lock the bottom drawer it locks both drawers. I like that there are no wires for hanging files. The color is a nice dark gray goes with any decor.

This is a very basic file cabinet. It is a single sheet metal box with. It has absolutely no extras but it serves the purpose. It does come with keys.

I bought this for my new "Retired Guy" office. It look great and the drawers work smoothly. I only wish it came equipped with hangers for file folders. Right now it's more a "Junk Holder" than "File Cabinet". The absence of the hangers was a surprise until I got it home. I would gladly have bought them at the store but it still would have been easier to pay a bit more for an equipped unit.
