My rating of 4 is because the file cabinet is exactly what I expected it would be: Inexpensive functional but certainly not top notch quality. If I were to rate it on quality I would give it a 2 or 3. For price I would give it a 5.

This item is perfect for my needs. I have little extra space in my tiny office this was the perfect size. It is not a heavy duty filing cabinet. perfect for my needs.

Drawers won’t stay on track. Poorly made but I guess you get what you pay for.

I guess it's all right for the price but I had trouble putting the handles on and then when I screwed one of the screws in on the handle it fell out so I have to get crazy glue for it to stay on

Very nice looking. Easy assembly. Good instructions. Perfect for small spaces. This one fits under a counter space. Locks. Drawers open and close easily. Easy to move entire cabinet.
