The file cabinet was just the right size for my small study. the material it's made from is not super strong but it will do for my personal needs. I like the fact that two of the drawers can be locked but would of like d it to have had the folder holder to keep the files easily in place. It would also be nice if it was available in white or other colors . I would recommend it to anyone who has a small study and for personal use.

Like the one it replaced it is a piece of junk. It will also fail. A standard 2 week warranty is ridiculous. I purchased your 3 year warrantee so I won't lose my money. I won't buy any more office items from you & very little else if I can help it.

While the description says it’s light duty (I appreciate the honesty) I have all three draws loaded up with files. The draws roll smoothly in and out. I even have a color laser jet printer sitting on top.

Plastic slides allow drawers to shift and become inoperable

I dislike these file cabinets (I bought 2) intensely. When you can get the drawers to open it's less than half the depth of the cabinet. That means reaching back inside without being to see the file you're after. Then the drawers come off their tracks and stop the drawer from opening beyond a couple inches or at all. Staples has agreed to exchange these as I must have purchased two defective units but these are mass-produced the same way and I don't want Staples brand again. I should have paid more at the start and bought Hon.

Nice file cabinet but the drawers only pull out 2/3 of the length making the back 1/3 pretty useless and hard on the hands. Otherwise seems well made.
