Locker does not work. Used key to locks up the drawer but still both drawers come out

The file cabinet arrived on schedule. I am now filling it and I am quite satisfied and grateful for the lock. I would recommend it. I have limited space and it fits perfectly in the area I set aside for the cabinet.

It is not very sturdy. It is actually pretty wobbly.

File cabinet itself is good....but as the drawers do not open fully there is a lot of wasted space.
