We are happy with the cabinet. The issue we did have was the screws for the handles were on too tight and we ripped the screw heads.

Very disappointed by these file cabinets. The tracks on the side that hold the file drawers in place are not deep enough and when you put files in the drawer and it has any weight in it one side or the other keeps slipping off the track. This happens every time we attempt to open the file drawer. So frustrating. We bought two and it is the same for both of them. The sides are too flimsy to support the file drawers.

I loaded the bottom drawer with files and it fell off its guide. I then realized the drawer guides are plastic. It would not bear the weight of a drawer full of files. Imagine that. A filing cabinet that won’t hold files. I had to return it.

I bought one of these years ago and haven't had any trouble with it. This last batch is more cheaply made. You can barely put anything in the drawers without them going off tracks. Disappointing to be sure.
