PROS: Nice color good refund policy the lock works CONS: Item is made of thin metal and very light. Once you put files in the drawers the drawers will only open a quarter of the way come off the track and unable to open further. To be fair and give it a chance I exchanged the first cabinet. The replacement cabinet did the exact same thing so I requested a refund. I was advised that if I wanted a cabinet for office use I would have to get something more expensive and sturdier. Don't waste your time or energy.

Staples needs to stop producing and selling this item. The drawers barely opened and closed properly even when the cabinet was complete empty. I followed instructions and made sure that the weight among the drawers was distributed evenly. This was useless advice because the drawers could not handle even a few files let a lone a drawer full of them. This item was promptly returned to the store.

DRAWERS EASILY GO OFF TRACK AND REQUIRE MUCH WORK TO GET BACK. I WOUL HAVE RETURNED IT BUT IT IS HEAVY TO MOVE. IT WOULD BE A GOOD FILE CABINET IF THE DRAWERS DIDN'T KEEP GOING OFF THE TRACK. I SHOULD NEVER HAVE PURCHASED IT AND II SHOULD RETURN IT BUT IT WOULD BE TOO DIFFICULT TO TAKE BACK TO THE STORE.
