This is 3rd rated and useless cabinet. I am totally disappointed. The quality does not match with staple brand. This should be thrown in the garbage. It was my mistake to order. I ordered it because of staple name

It wasn’t what I expected. It was made very flimsy. After I put my files in the drawers fell off the rails and wouldn’t open or shut. I did return it to the store with no problems. They were very nice and returned all my money.

Drawers not even full with standard file folders and the draw twists and torques and falls out of the cheap plastic tracks. Body also flexes with drawer motion. Drawers jam after one side or the other pops out of the track and you have to yank-out the entire drawer completely if you want to attempt to reinsert it which is quite a task in itself with contents in the drawers.

When you put your files in the drawer the drawers will not open all the way. The drawers twist and won't open. They are on plastic rollers and they can not with stand ANY weight. If you just put a few files in the drawer it still won't open. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM. This file cabinet is worthless and wasted money.

The 3drawer cabinet had to be returned and reordered. The lowest drawer pulled in and out fine until I began to put some weight (files) in it. My husband notices a screw inside the lower drawer wasn't in right we couldn't get to it and had to take the item back to the store for a reorder. It was inconvenient.
