I have had this for less than a week and the bottom drawer (with maybe 15-20 file folders in it) has fallen twice. Too flimsy! I plan to return tomorrow to the store.

Tried to buy this and other office furniture at Stillwater store- close to home. I asked the cashier to get me help. She paged twice overhead but no one showed after 20 minutes. I went back to the cashier and asked she page me some help . She did but again no one showed to help me after waiting another 20 minutes . I could see workers standing areoun and I bet there were only 4 customers in the store at the time . I left. Next day went to Staples at Tulsa Hills . Jordan met me at the door and was so helpful answered my questions . Jordan knows all about customer service and helping his customers. Stillwater staples customer service is terrible . I will not use them again . I will gladly drive over to Tulsa for better customer service .
