The best Hooks I ever had!

When I first bought these hooks for my bedroom to hold up my purses, I thought they were to flimsy to be strong enough to work. Boy, I was so wrong! It's been 6 months since I put them up on my wall and each hook is now holding 4 heavy handbags on each hook. Now that's amazing!!!

Very disappointing
on June 14, 2013

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a number of command hooks- the small the medium, the large and the jumbo. I was really excited. I was finally going to organize my apartment. I would say that 90% of the hooks I put up fell right down. I was within the weight amount and yet, they couldn't hold anything. I must have spent hours putting up the hooks (yes I followed all directions). Some hooks came down within a few hours, some within a few days, and some after a few months. But 90% were not good. I was so disappointed. It was a waste of money and time. I had one up in the bathroom to hold a tiny little potty seat to put over the toilet. It fell down. I had one in the hall to hold coats and it fell down. And anything I used for the heavier ones didn't work at all. Very disappointing.

Misleading

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the large hook to use and followed the directions it said to do. It did not hold. I tried a different one as well in another space and it did the same thing. The picture was not heavy at all. The whole thing just came off, the picture, the hook, the sticky strip. Very misleading product.

Thank you for your review of the Command™ Large Hook. We only recommend our Command™ Picture and Frame Hanging Products to hold frames, posters, etc. The Command™ Large Hooks you used are not recommended for picture hanging where our picture hanging strips can hold up to a 16 lb picture. We would like the opportunity to discuss your application and send you the correct product for your application. Please look for our email that we've sent to you. Thank you again.

Command hooks and the RV.

Command hooks are great in our RV. Space can be at a premium so it's great to be able to hang things up without putting holes in the walls. Dog leashes are easy to keep near the door and clothes can be hung up in the bedroom.
It's so easy to remove the hooks if placement isn't working out any longer.

I used a few of these to hang my purses and craft bags on the wall. I had a problem with 3 of them. They fell off the wall and peeled some of the paneling off the wall.

Great hook for door wreaths

I put a Command Hook on my front door over ten years ago and it is still there. I hand various wreaths on it throughout the year. I also use the smaller hooks inside the house to hang Christmas light on the fireplace and dusters in my utility closet. I love them. I've never had them damage walls or doors. Easy to remove.
I would recommend this to a friend!
