There is nothing on the packaging to reflect the portion of post-consumer waste used. This means that most or even all of the content can be in-factory waste and not post-consumer. For the extraordinary price being paid the package should reflect the post-consumer content and not just that it is "recycled".

Yes! 100% recycled office paper! Why would you use new timber products when Staples gives you the option of purchasing 100% recycled paper? This paper works in copiers and printers and faxes and anywhere/anyway else you would use 8 1/2 x 11 white paper - and every bit as well as non-recycled paper. It's good quality paper. What could be better than saving trees minimizing your impact on the environment and getting a quality product? Go 100 recycled!. And don't forget to recycle your used paper.
