I don't understand why recycled paper is so much more expensive than virgin paper. There should be a cheaper option for recycled paper.

I am involved in many non-profit natural history cultural and musical organizations; NGOs; and local government activities. I find the 30% recycled paper suitable for most of my needs.

When you have to print it is good to know that at least you can use recycled paper. It costs a bit more but it is worth it.
