Why buy any other copier/printer paper?

There are very few applications where a brighter white paper is important. Staples' 100 percent recycled copy paper has no drawbacks that I've experienced and I cannot see any justification to buy virgin wood paper for everyday use. It handles well in a modestly priced printer and it maintains font clarity. My only complaint about this product is its scarcity and the lack of store promotion for it. Staples should be shouting about this product from the rooftops to distinguish itself from competitors. Instead each time I enter the store I see at most one small case and one large case. 100 percent recycled should be the default choice and anyone wanting virgin trees to be sacrificed for them should be hunting down the few cases of specialty paper.

Wish it wasn't so expensive but I like the idea I'm using 100% recycled paper. Works well in all my printers and my Xerox machine.

Upset that chlorine IS used in making it

I bought it because the description said "processed without using chlorine or chlorine compounds" but the package says "elemental chlorine free" which does not mean that. I understand ECF to mean that chlorine compounds are used. Harmfull cancer-causing chemicals that do not break down in nature are created from this manufacturing process. They continue to build up in the water supply.

Great paper for sustainable businesses

Hi! We own a sustainability consulting business and we have to measure and report our clients' environmental impacts including the amount of recycled content materials they use. We recommend this product for our clients and we use the product ourselves in our day-to-day business operations. It's one of the few 100% recycled papers that works really well in most printers and copiers and it's reasonably priced. These days with so many "green business" certifications it's nice to know that Staples offers a 100% recycled content copy paper. I recommend this to anyone who is trying to walk the sustainability talk.
