New Formula 😭

Why would you change something that isn’t broken?! I have extremely sensitive skin and have happily been using this product for YEARS with no issues until I discovered the change in formula and scent. I am not happy and neither is my skin. Reading other reviews, I know I’m not alone. I have eczema on my skin and it flares in the winter and the old formula didn’t interfere with it! Bring it back, please!!!!

Awful new scent

The new scent is horrible and the soap is too harsh and irritates my son’s eczema!! Please please please bring back the old aloe Vera scent!!! It was the only soap I bought for the last 10 years! My whole family is so sad about this!!! :(

Your scent is way to powerful and now an irritant

You keep adding fragrances to your soap line. This is not good for people like myself who extremely sensitive to scent as well as skin sensitivity.
I can no longer use any of your soap products due to the added scent.
You have fragrance soap in your line that you could have kept the one u scented as well as the orange antibacterial.
Please be considerate to the consumers that have these issues.

Why did you change something that was perfect????

I have used this hand soap for years and years and thought the new label on the large refill bottles I bought was just new packaging. I just refilled one of my little bottles a few days ago and the new scent is awful - plus it's making my hands itch and my eczema worse. I also had to take my migraine medication today as the scent lingers and is so, so strong that it triggered a migraine. Why, why, why did you change it? It was perfect! Now I need to try to find something new to replace it! I will be calling the number I see on other reviews as I want to return these and get my money back! The new label is deceptive as it still says it's aloe vera and has part of the same photo from the old product!

New strong smell and no longer as mild

I have used this handsoap for years; it is the only one that doesn't make my sensitive skin dry and peel. The scent was recently changed to a strong perfumy smell that clashes with lotion and perfume. Also, it now dries my hands and they are peeling with one day of using it. Please go back to the original scent/formula.

Bad scent

The new fragrance is disgusting it’s too strong! Hopefully they go back to the previous one, that formula was great, I used it for years. Also I tried to provide feedback by phone but it took them like seven minutes to answer the phone and then she supposedly couldn’t hear me and then she hung up on me and she was of course not in the United States…

Like many other reviewers here, I've used this hand soap exclusively because of the very light fragrance and because it doesn't dry out my hands with frequent use. I've even been buying it by the case. But this new scent is really awful and way too strong. It's so bad, and the new logo/label is so unattractive that I thought I received knockoffs. Fortunately I got a good whiff of it before I used it so I'm not stuck with it on my hands for hours. I don't understand this corporate need to constantly change the products that work and that keep people as loyal customers. Now comes the un-fun task of trying to find an acceptable replacement.
Cons: Unattractive Packaging, Unpleasant Smell
