Terrible Smell

If I could give this product zero stars I would. I have been using the Softsoap "Soothing Aloe Vera" for years. It had a nice fresh smell that I loved. This new formula smells terrible. Its too strong and has some fruity scent, nothing like the old one. Like some other reviewers I have allergies so I won't be buying this product any more unless Softsoap decides to bring back the original scent. What a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New Forumula is Horrid

New formula, stronger smell. One of the only soaps I was able to use but no longer the case. Ezcema on my hands returned within a week of using the new formula. Might I suggest returning to the old formula.

The new scent and formula are awful!!. It smells like a super strong cheap perfume now. Why change a perfectly good thing? Softsoap do you not care about the feedback from your customers? There are so many people who hate the new scent and formula but you are not going to change it back? You have lost this customer for good.

HORRIBLE! UNUSABLE! IF I WANTED PERFUME, I'D BUY PERFUME! And I see you're having trouble selling it at 99¢ at our big grocery store... not surprised!

The new version is a disappointment.

The new formula (renamed Softsoap Soothing Clean) has an unpleasant and stronger scent and it is not as moisturizing as it used to be. As a preschool teacher I need to wash my hands frequently and would exclusively use Softsoap Soothing Aloe Vera. I gave it a several week try but it's just too smelly and drying to continue using. Sadly,I now need to find a different product.

Please bring back the old scented product!!

As others have mentioned, the new scent is way too strong! The smell remains well after you have washed your hands. The two main reasons why we have used this soap for years is that it isn't harsh on the hands and that it has no sent. Please bring back the old formula or at least offer it as an alternative to this stronger scented product. We will have to find a new soap brand otherwise.
