Horrid change they made to the scent!

Absolutely disappointed that they added fragrance to my favourite soap ive used for years. Lost a customer. So truly upset with them!!!

New Scent is Unpleasant!

I used Softsoap brand Soothing Clean Aloe Vera liquid soap exclusively throughout my home for many, many years. The product was simply perfect! It kept my hands moisturized through frequent hand washing and had the loveliest fresh, clean fragrance. I am so disappointed that the company has changed the scent. I have truly tried to adjust to the new scent, but I cannot. It does not smell fresh or clean to me. It actually leaves my hands smelling unpleasant. I was a dedicated loyal customer that must now move on. I am writing this review in hopes the company will consider going back to the lovely original clean scent one day.

Too Smelly

I used to love this soap because of it's mild fragrance. But then you went and changed the product. Those of us like to wash our hands before we eat would prefer to not be overpowered by soapy smells every time we raise a fork or spoon to our lips, or take a sip of coffee and smell its aroma instead of the stench of your Aloe Vera Fresh Scent Liquid Hand Soap!
I was lucky enough to buy several refills of the old version, but now that I've run out I'm annoyed enough to tell you that this new and improved product of yours is truly horrid. The smell is not just too strong and overbearing, it's stinky as well. You've lost yet another Soft Soap Customer.

Please bring back the old Aloe Vera fragrance!

This new scent is horrible! I had been using this forever and loved it, but when you changed the smell I switched to the Target brand, but they recently discontinued it! I am very sensitive to strong perfume smells and this used to have a very light smell—please bring back the old formula!

Cannot open pump top

The soap itself is great, but I cannot unlock the top, even after trying every U-Tube tip and trick. If only there was an easier way to open these.

New Scent Too Strong

The new scent is too strong with a heavily perfumed smell. The scent gives me an immediate headache. I have used this soap for years but will have to find another brand. Please consider going back to your original formula.

New scent to Soft soap with aloe, UGH! Not happy you did this. I'm not a fan of scented soaps, is the reason I use soft soap with aloe.

Terrible New Formula

The new scent is terrible. Plain and simple. Smells like awful, cheap, perfume that won't leave your hands. Viscosity is different as well. Now I have to search for a new soap. Why do these companies keep doing this?? Is it to save money? Some sort of brand "refresh"? It just doesn't make sense to me. The Soothing Clean Aloe soap used to be PERFECT. Please go back to the old formula!
