Great product and great customer service

This is a nice product and looks good in my bathroom. I had some problems installing it and the strips pulled off when I followed the directions. I contacted 3M/Command and they sent me 2 packages (you only need one package to install) of strips and I was able to install it. I would recommend removing the mounting thingies a few times before you install because they are jammed on the back of the decorative holders pretty snugly. Once I had loosened them, I had no probem with the install. Good product, great customer service!

Disappointing

I’ve used standard command strips in my shower for the past two years in two different apartments. The other day, I did what I’ve always done and the hook fell in a matter of hours. The back had zero stick. Then I bought this shower caddy and noticed there were new strips specifically for the bathroom/damp areas so I purchased a few more of those strips having faith in the product as I’ve used them for years. I followed all the directions and the caddy fell in the first use. Again, the back was completely slick to the touch with no adhesive. After reading the last review, I see it may be the ceramic tile but I’ve never had an issue previously. It’s very disappointing as now I’ve spent quite a bit of money with no options but to buy different products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Adhesive worked for all of 3 minutes

I put the caddy up, left the hooking mechanism on, ran the shower, and left my condo. I came back the day after and decided to take a shower. I put a shampoo bottle on the caddy, along with a soap bar. All good until 3 minutes in... I nearly jumped it shock because the whole thing just crashed own. I felt the adhesives, and there was no stickiness left....
There are other reviews here expressing issue with the strips, so I'm hesitant to spend any more money on 'water-resistant' strips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Disappointed, Fell Right Away

I was excited to try this product as I have the soap holder and it stays up well on my shower. However, this caddy fell right away and there was less than 3 lbs of items that were in it. Very disappointed

Worked well Until we needed to remove it

Worked really well until we had to move places and remove it. The command strip broke as we stretched it, making it impossible to remove the bracket from the wall. That’s another issue. Now Having a hard time finding a replacement bracket so we can use it again in the new place. Any suggestions?

Came crashing down

Bought this two days ago, followed all the instructions: install on smooth tile, not over grout lines, clean with the provided wipe first, press 10 seconds, remove caddy, press another 30 and leave the caddy off for 24 hours.
The next day, I was so excited to get to finally use it. The caddy attached the wall with a satisfying *click*, and I put a bar of soap and bottle of face wash on the shelf.
Then I was awoken just now - at 2 am - by the sound of the shelf and it’s minimal (definitely not over 6.5 lb) contents, come crashing down.
The whole thing just pulled off the wall and the command strips don’t even feel sticky to the touch. I’m just relieved it didn’t crack any tiles in my new shower when it came crashing down.
Would not recommend this product - does not work at all!

The adhesives are designed to build their bond, once the shower is run and then left to set for 24 hours. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While we have not yet hung up this product, I think it will be handy in the bathroom! There's plenty of space and it looks easy to hang!! I'd love it more if it came in other colors!!

Heavy duty and strong, this fabulous caddy which I received from 3M to try held my heavy bottles of shampoo and conditioner that were needed to be placed off the ledge of my tub. You can't go wrong with this fabulous product!
