Missing part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clear plastic mounting bracket that attaches to the back of the shelf was missing when opening the package. Would like to know how I can get a replacement without having to exchange the entire shelf. I already have one self installed in my shower and absolutely love it, was looking forward to installing the second shelf.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the soap holder in my kitchen, and I love it, so I thought I'd try this in my shower. I bought 2, and I was so excited. I followed the instructions to the letter, but to my dismay, they fell down after the first shower. I thought, "maybe I messed it up somehow," so I bought new bathroom water-proof strips and re-read the instructions and, following them carefully, tried again. They both fell after one shower again.
I opted to put them up in my office to store some light objects, and they work great for this purpose. Unfortunately, one of the plastic peices broke on one of the caddies, so it is useless. I am hoping 3m will send me a replacement peice, as this caddy is working really well in my dry office.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is wonderful. I have had two before, one in a rental property, and one in a home that I owned. They have always worked flawlessly until now. I followed all the instructions, including using the supplied cleaning pad. I was careful not to install over a grout line. I installed, took a shower, then waited 24 hours before use, as instructed. On the third day it just let go during a shower. I had the exact same products in it that I had at my last place. I REALLY think this product is genius, so I was very disappointed. Is there any way to get 4 replacement adhesive strips for this product, so I can try it again?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Command strips won't stick

This is the 2nd shower caddy I've bought from Command, first one worked well bus was plastic and I ended up breaking the mount from taking it on and off all the time to wash. Followed instructions on this to hang, waited the 24hrs and one side came off the wall completely the first day it held anything. Strips didn't seem the same quality as the first one either. Not sure I want to bother getting new ones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If it's not a hook, it's a gamble

Maybe I just got a defective one, but after installing the caddy and waiting, I put one bottle of shampoo in and it fell. One of the plastic pieces will not connect to the broader caddy, and I tested both sides of the caddy on both plastic attachments. One worked, clicked into place on both sides of the caddy. One did not. I'm not going out to buy an entirely new one just to replace one defective piece
The adhesive is great, and it works, but the rest of the product has room for improvement.

Rusted all over

Perfect for shower wall, stayed secured for a year but has rusted everywhere…. Not sure if that’s normal?

Not staying up

I purchased two of these and they are not staying up. I went and spent money on extra strips to try again and on the second try the first one is staying. So, I hung up my second one and it fell down with barely anything in it. Now, the first one that I finally got to stay is popping off again. It is frustrating because I always used the plastic caddy without any problems. It stayed up for over 5 years. I just wanted something that looked a little better in our shower.

Great buy, holds lots

I have used this product for months. The mirror fogs up but the command strips are strong and the caddy is still hanging. I just know not to overload the caddy. Would buy again in a heartbeat
