As noted ruler is labeled a 12” ruler - markings are not quite to end of metal but that’s usually not an issue. Makes a fine guide for cutting a straight line on paper with a razor craft knife on an appropriate surface. Appears to be stainless steel with seemingly durable inch (down to 1/16’s) and centimeter (including mm) markings. Has cork backing so tends not to slide as bare metal might on some surfaces.
