I've used this product for many years, the batch I bought about 3 weeks ago is not working, the white plastic part that closes the bag is coming off completely and cannot be fixed. 40 bags not usable. I would really like my money back.

I have used Ziploc for years. This is the first box I have bought that has this problem. The zipper does not open, it detaches from the bag, which makes it a one time only use.

I purchased a box of 80 ziploc quart slider bags - was not able to use any of them! Easy bag I pulled out already was sealed and dint make any difference which way the slider was pulled would not open. The slider would also fall off when pulled to the side that was supposed to seal it. Complete waste of money.

I bought 2 packages of 20 count storage slider bags and 3/4 of the bags did not open despite sliding multiple times. After the second slide most would fall off the track. It was very frustrating for the whole family on Easter Sunday when most of the bags were inoperable. I would be hard pressed to ever buy these again.
