I've gone through boxes upon boxes of these (whoever gave people the idea to give ziplocs/etc as wedding gifts, I love and hate you. I have so many of these!) and while I occasionally have side splitting, they hold up pretty well. Don't overfill the bags, this seems to make the issue worse. Overall they've been fine for the size and purpose.
I would recommend this to a friend!

These bags don't reopen~ they zip shut but go off track? Have to rip them open.

I love ziploc products. I don't understand what is difference between ziploc storage bag and ziploc freezer bag. Both are used for storage and in freezer, is that correct? Because I'm using ziploc storage bags in my freezer.

I purchased a box of 80 ziploc quart slider bags - was not able to use any of them! Easy bag I pulled out already was sealed and dint make any difference which way the slider was pulled would not open. The slider would also fall off when pulled to the side that was supposed to seal it. Complete waste of money.
