I lived my regular swifter wet mop refills but I just purchased the heavy duty and I’m totally disappointed. The first container I tried I realized that they don’t work as smoothly on the floor as the others and seems a little too dry? The second container I opened was bone dry. I added water but I am totally upset The result are horrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A lot of thought goes into our product designs, and we try our best to offer a range of products with appealing features. It may help to know that our Heavy Duty mopping cloths feature a blue strip in the center of the cloth which may increase friction on some flooring surfaces. This higher friction aids in removing soil and is the nature of the heavy duty product. During our manufacturing process, we employ strict controls to check the quality of our products so that they should reach you in the best possible condition. If mopping pads are dry on opening, it’s possible the packaging could have been damaged in transit or during storage. Any contact with air, this will cause them to dry out, and we don’t recommend adding water as this might contaminate the cloths and affect their performance. The Heavy Duty wet mopping cloths do not stay on the stick, they keep popping off!! I prefer the regular wet cloths

Our goal is for you to sweep easier, not harder. We're so sorry to hear about this. If you have not done so already, align the edges of the fold to the edge of the mop head. This will ensure that the cloth fits in the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Once that's done, ensure the cloth is tucked into all of the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. My favorite wet clothes

Obsolete greatest wet clothes, trap all the dust and dirt with every strike on the hard floor, I like to use heavy duty because we have large dogs and kids at home and they track foot prints in my tile and easy to use mops help me every time, big bonus is amazing scent that lasts for hours, affordable and no messy mops to store, after use just toss it and even my trash bin smells great, container after clothes are gone can be reused as a storage box in the garage for bolts or screws, continue to use and recommend.

Your floors smell great

I have been buying and using these for years. These are the heavy duty wet mopping cloths. They trap and lock 50% more dirt in each cloth. You get 10 wet cloths in this container. These are very easy to use. You just attach a cloth to your Swiffer mop and flip and scrub your floors. I really like the built in scrubbing strip. It helps get up the dried up spills on your floor. The gain scent is an added bonus. You can smell it all through out your home. It gets your floors very clean and leaves them shining. There so handy for quick clean ups. If you have never tried these before I recommend you give them a try.

I love these thicker wet Swiffer pads. They are much thicker than the regular wet pad, and they work great on tough stains. They leave behind the fresh scent of Gain, and the floors are super clean after using these.

I'm out my floors every single day and with my pets coming in and out constantly makes the floor dirty but I have never got this much dirt off my floor with my regular mop so this is a great product I didn't even have to press really hard to get all this the smell of it is great so I would refer this to anyone with pets or children
