It's a good one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this label maker I had been holding off on buying one lately. I'm definitely glad I did though. The actual product works fantastic and is easy to use. The app that goes with it though is not nearly as fascinating.

Bad product and software

Can not get it to pair with android 12 with 5.0 Bluetooth keeps saying no printer present Orin range. Really bad product and software. Found out it works on Motorola phone with android 12 and Bluetooth 5.0 but will not work on my tablet. I need this to work on my tablet since everything else I have runs on it.

there is WAY less than on the 100H that I am replacing with this printer

Not same quality as handheld

Even when choosing the largest and boldest font available, it prints much smaller than the handheld does. Not possible to install other fonts or increase size to higher than "XL" in app. Not possible to print custom icons. Not meeting expectations. Product will be returned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not to happy

I can see that there already are many comments about the font size, and thats to bad for a new and creative product. I asume that `DYMO as a world vide company solve this issue prompt in the updtae of the app. Or is it to sell more labels ??

Can only print too small

The printer semester o.k. for the price, but like the otter comments state: The font size is way, way to small, even when you set it to XL. Maybe, as suggested by others, it's an app-problem, but till you get this issue fixed, you should actually stop selling it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great printer, poor app?

Nice printer, bad guide/manual and extremely simple, maybe buggy app.
Guide/manual first: The guide tells how to put batteries and tape in the machine but not how to connect? No explanation at all. Bluetooth menu in phone does not show any printer?
Turns out that once you type a text and press print, it connects automatically. Very nice function, but why don’t you explain it in the manual!????
Out comes very tiny text.
Ok, choose ‘XL’ instead.
Still tiny text (see pictures in other review), much smaller than shown in marketing pictures.
Is it an app issue?
Very frustrating! Great printer but poor end product, probably not tested by real end users before product launch!
Now I have to spend expensive time to return it and find a better product.

Dissapointed with the app

The text size is very small even with the xl option on. I was expecting to have same choosing optiona or even more with the. Totally useless unless the app is developed more. I attach a picture where you can see the smallest font and xl font right next to each other. There is a difference between these two, but there are also M and L sizes available between these two- not much of a choice At all…
