[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has been asking for a LabelMaker for a good amount of time now. However, his frustration with most label makers are that they need to get plugged in and their cords and extra things that he doesn’t really want to deal with. He loves it. This one was as easy as downloading an app and connecting through Bluetooth.yes it does require batteries, but it also makes for a really clean set up. He says the app is super user-friendly and even does a demo on the video that I have attached. There are a good amount of border options ions that you can add pretty fonts. The labels themselves are good quality. If you are going to invest in a label maker, I would definitely recommend this one.

Does it's job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a simple label maker, and at first I did have an issue connecting it to the app, it gave me an error message. But it seems that there was an app update that fixed that. As soon as I was able to connect it it did it's job. It has simple and cute options to print, I just wish it had more font options. Overall it does the job.

I really like this labeler it is so easy to use and all you have to do is download the app and have Bluetooth on your phone so it can connect and viola choose your lettering font style and print. It’s truly so easy to use. Definitely recommend!!

Great and fast labels

Doesn't cut, I have to use scissors to cut. I love the Bluetooth functionality.

To resolve this issue, we recommend cleaning the cutter blade using the steps below:
1. Lift the label maker cover and remove the cassette
2. Dampen a cotton ball with alcohol
3. Place the tip of a ball-point pen or pencil on the black post and press the post down
4. While holding down the post, press and hold the cutter button to expose the cutter blade
5. Release the post and clean both sides of the blade with the cotton ball
6. Release the cutter button
7. After cleaning the blade, press and release the cutter button to return the cutter blade to the home position
