Dissapointed with the app

The text size is very small even with the xl option on. I was expecting to have same choosing optiona or even more with the. Totally useless unless the app is developed more. I attach a picture where you can see the smallest font and xl font right next to each other. There is a difference between these two, but there are also M and L sizes available between these two- not much of a choice At all…
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No instructions on how to pair or connect to phone app. Appears in pairing list but never pairs. App does not have instructions on how to pair or connect. Poor app, device, instructions. Junk

Can only print too small

The printer semester o.k. for the price, but like the otter comments state: The font size is way, way to small, even when you set it to XL. Maybe, as suggested by others, it's an app-problem, but till you get this issue fixed, you should actually stop selling it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad product and software

Can not get it to pair with android 12 with 5.0 Bluetooth keeps saying no printer present Orin range. Really bad product and software. Found out it works on Motorola phone with android 12 and Bluetooth 5.0 but will not work on my tablet. I need this to work on my tablet since everything else I have runs on it.

I can see that there already are many comments about the font size, and thats to bad for a new and creative product. I asume that `DYMO as a world vide company solve this issue prompt in the updtae of the app. Or is it to sell more labels ??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this label maker I had been holding off on buying one lately. I'm definitely glad I did though. The actual product works fantastic and is easy to use. The app that goes with it though is not nearly as fascinating.
