Only 2 fonts in app

It prints as it should but app requires more additional fonts to be perfect. Only two fonts in app are simply not enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice option, but need Bluetooth to stay connected
on December 5, 2023

I've been using Dymo for quite awhile, between the handheld Letratag and the 4XL printer for my shipping labels. I need another printer so bought the 200B. It's nice to be able to use my phone instead of the clunky old style label printer, but why not have the bluetooth connection stay connected until powered off? Due to having to connect each time, it slows down the process of printing compared to the regular handheld version. Time is money in business, and this slows me down having to connect each time. Please have an update on this software!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate your feedback as it is valuable to us. Please know that it will be forwarded to the appropriate department for further review.
We would like to kindly inform you that the power on the printer automatically turns off after a few minutes of inactivity, therefore if it goes off, the Bluetooth gets disconnected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like that I can use this anywhere as long as I have my Bluetooth on. It helps me keep my house better organized with reminders of where things go and helps the kids as well as they're learning to read. I would definitely recommend to others the only issue I had was it doesn't always stick the greatest on plastic products

Labels don’t peel

Dymo LetraTag. Great App. Great label maker. Easy to use. But the backing does not come off the label. The tape I’m using came with the machine. There is no “split” in the back to peel back. It simply will not come off. So at this point the labels are not usable. Disappointed.

Hello. Thank you for contacting us.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
To remove the backing from a DYMO tape, follow these steps: 1. Print your label using your DYMO label maker. 2. Once the label is printed, use a pair of scissors or a sharp knife to cut off the excess tape on each end of the label. 3. Then, turn the label over and locate the split in the middle of the backing. 4. Use your fingernail or a pair of tweezers to peel the backing away from the tape at one end of the label. 5. Slowly and carefully peel the backing away from the tape, working your way down the label towards the other end. 6. Once the backing is removed, you can apply the label to your desired surface.
Note: It's important to peel the backing away slowly and carefully to avoid tearing the tape or leaving any adhesive residue on the label. If you do encounter any adhesive residue, you can use a cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol or an adhesive remover to clean it off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a label maker so when I saw this available, I decided to give it ago. You register it on their site, per the user friendly instructions, and connect the device to the app in your phone. The app allows different some font sizes and styles. Super super easy to use and now I will go labeling everything in my house!
