Just got it - hoping for a long term relationship!

The courtship has just begun - nice slim design, wheels allow ease of changing location, pull out basket makes emptying effortless, runs quietly - so far so good!
Pros: Mess Reduction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features
Cons: Quality Construction

Quiet

This shredder is not as sturdy feeling as my old Fellowes shredder; however, it is quick and much quiet than my old one. I just received it last night so only time will tell how long it will last. Also, have not dealt with a jam so just marked it average as well. My old shredder lasted 15 years under moderate use (2-3 hours shredding per month).

Quiet Paper jam

I bought this paper shredder as a replacement for my broken paper shredder which was a Office Max brand. My last paper shredder was good but the top cover was not strong and it broke easily. The Fellowes paper shredder is much quieter and I would recommend it for small business owners

Shreds pretty good for papaer, credit cards etc. Easy to unload shredded material into plastic waste bag. The plastic is not a robust as I would expect. But with careful handling, I hope it will not break or crack. Operation is reasonalble quiet.

This shredder is easy to assemble and very sturdy. The roller wheels on the base help it glide the floor with ease. It handles and has a quick shredding rate of 12 papers at a time.
