Like that it is lighter weight than our older shredder, and the 20 minute extra long runtime.

Quiet & FAST!

Really like this replacement shredder! Shreds 12 sheets and does it quietly! Bin for shredded paper is easy to remove and empty into a trash bag. The P4 security rating is a big plus!

THIS LITTLE SHREDDER PERFORMS GREAT EACH AND EVERY TIME AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE PAPER REQUIREMENTS. EVEN IF YOU GO OVER THE PAPER COUNT IT STILL PERFORMS WITHOUT JAMMING.

Does the job!

This paper shredder is very quiet. It shreds a number of pages at the same time. It hasn't jammed on me yet, but I haven't used it a lot. It has a nice design with a pullout drawer, making it easy to dispose of paper. The one concern I have is that the plastic material that the shredder sets on appears to be thinner and more flimsy than expected. I fear that, if not handled carefully, it could crack at some point. Hopefully, this will not be the case. My old shredder, though not as quiet or efficient, was housed on a sturdier plastic casing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took my time and did some research. The Fellowes Powershred 12C exceeds my expectations. It has plenty of power. I haven't tried 12 sheets , but I'm sure it could handle it. I like mine without the casters

Just purchased the PowerShred 12C to replace an old shredder that finally died on me. Using it to start getting rid of years of old statements and pay stubs. So far it is running as advertised.

Ok for use as intended

The first time used the shredded paper collected on the cutter. Had to stop occasionally to clear. Only put 1 and at times two pages through, supposed to be able to put 12. Also should shred staples and small paper clips, don't think I'd try. Disappointed but works ok for intended purpose.
