New scent is awful

Softsoap Aquarium used to be the only hand soap we ever used, but since the scent changed, neither my wife nor I can tolerate it.
It used to be a light, clean, barely-noticable scent, but now it's thick and cloying and overly floral.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible product now

Not even worth 1 star. I give it a zero. I have bought the aquarium series with the 2 fishes on the front label for years and years. This new aquarium series with the single fish on the package front is not at all the same as it was. It absolutely stinks!! I want to return it. I am really disappointed and will no longer be buying Softsoap products.

Shocking as of April 2024, change in formula

Shocked that they changed the formula, consistency of this soap. Just finished the last of my original, we had the refill jug. And now today, it is runny and smelly. Use this everyday for handwashing before contact lense use. Been using it for years, and today it is runny and smelly. Came here to make sure it was true. How much water did you use in this now? Shrinkflation , another example.

I like the old one

I love aquarium soft soap but the new one is horrible I miss the old one please bring it back it’s not just the Container that’s different but the soap itself both are worse than the original!

The change in scent ruined a perfect product

Me too!! It's been a while, but PLEASE bring back the old scent. It was as close to unscented as possible ans that is an option I'm sure many people want ans I require.
Or at least offer an unscented or TRULY mild and inoffensive scented version of the same soap. Believe me, it will sell!
