Refill is Cloudy

The last two refill bottles I have purchased have been cloudy/murky.
What is causing this?
Is it safe to use?

Smells good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the smell of this product. I've tried other softsoap products and this is one of my favorites. It smells great and moistures my skin. I have nothing bad to say about it. I totally recommend trying this hand soap to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how good this one smells and it’s such a cute bottle I like the cute fish on the bottle but I really liked the pump it made it easy to get it all out without wasting any soap I’ll definitely be buying this item again

Wish it was stronger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the soap just okay. I prefer a more stronger fragrance and more lather. Typically I go for foaming soap because I feel as if it goes a long way. I have it in my kitchen so that it may get used faster lol.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice and simple anti-bacterial soap to have around your bathroom or kitchen. The scent smells a bit tropical in my opinion, not overwhelming at all. I would recommend this brand for those on a budget.

Cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using softsoap handsoap for a while. The experience has always been great. It washes off the greasy pretty well. Also this new fragrance is slightly tropical but not overly sweet. It's kinda refreshing. It does dry my skin out a little after using. But nothing can't be solved by some hand lotion afterwards. I would highly recommend it.
