[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my old ones. These do not seem to stay cold very long at all after removing them from the freezer. Not sure what the difference is but that’s my feedback.

A winner for Core and for Me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Core Products for several years now to relieve pain due to arthritis and various muscle issues, especially in various areas of my back. I just ordered more of the six by ten inch size rectangular soft comfort pack for my personal use. These are very useful and effective. They hold warmth for a suitable amount of time then slowly cool, leaving them unable to burn the skin when heated as instructed.

Love these packs they are soft, flexible, cool and durable! I use them on my pillow at night to keep cool. I switch out between two of them. Keeps me cool all night!

The best hot pack I’ve ever used

I haven’t tried the cold yet but the hot pack was amazing. The outer fabric is soft and pliable. I used the 6x10 for warm heat on a finger—so easy and comfortable to wrap it around my hand. And the heat lasts surprisingly long. I recommend it highly.

The packs are very soft and comfortable. I use the pack for heat in the microwave for my back. Stays warm for quite awhile. Unfortunately I use it so much that it gets hard and have to buy another pack. Service is great.
