We've been using these soft-pack neck warmers for years, so we do appreciate having them on those random days when "things aren't right". They do eventually begin to leak, but they're still usable for a long time after that, so thank you for being there.

Superb, they are the most comfortable Ice/Heat packs that I've ever used. Also, they conform to body contours extremely well and don't frost on the outside during freezing and use.

This was a replacement for a hot/cold pack we’ve had for YEARS. I love that they don’t require a towel around them to keep you dry, and they last for a long time.

I have used it in the past. I purchased one a couple years ago from my chiropractor. Used it till it wore out. Decided to get a new one. I have used it both ways. It works great !!
