These ice packs are great for relieving back pain! We have had one since 2007 and we just bought 2 more! Definitely recommend!

These packs are great to keep in the freezer and use whenever you need an ice pack. Although they can also be heated, I purchased them to use as ice packs--they work really well.

My husband and I have 2 in the freezer all the time - so we don't "fight" over it. We both use our ice packs quite frequently, and I have probably given 10 to 15 of these over the last couple of years to family and friends who are hurting. 'Cannot begin to tell you how much they are appreciated! These Soft Comfort Packs have a fabric coating on the outside so it is very comfortable directly on your skin - and the temperature is perfect. 'Have not used it as a heat pack - but really like that this is an option. We use the Large size - 10x13 - for the backs, neck, my shoulder and my knee. The price might seem high, but it will be money well spent, and you won't be sorry.

I bought one of these over five years ago and it still is just as soft as when I got it. Just ordered two more, one for a friend. This ice pack has given me relief many times from neck pain. I love it and hope to never be without one. I just keep mine in the freezer at all times. Thank you for making it.

Hi. I need an ice pack constantly. I have had several for years and looking to get more. I love the feel of it and the way it stays cold. I feel you could not purchase a better product.

My daughter bought me one of these about a year ago...It is AWESOME!!
I use it several times a day and sleep with it every night... It has held up really good especially with me using it as I do... I will be buying more of these....
