disappointed so far

I ordered several of these pads to use as heating pads on my lower back. I was disappointed in the first pack as it leaked gel after only 2 uses. I contacted customer service and they replaced it. The second one lasted about a 2 weeks before it leaked, so I am now on the third one which has been good so far.

I have had a pinched nerve and was told by the doctor to use hot and cold packs on my shoulder and neck. My husband and I saw this product at the chiropractor and my husband went on line to your website. It has been pleasure. We ordered this and the mat.

Stays cold for over 30 minutes and is very flexible right from the freezer. Especially like that you don't have to use a separate outer wrap before applying to skin.

I purchased the 6x10 from my chiropractor over 5 years ago and still use it regularly on my neck. It holds the cold very well and has lots of gel inside. Just awesome, quality product.
