I cannot start or end my day without Core Products Ice Packs

I have the 10" X 13" ice packs and use these on my elbows and low back depending on how much I did that day. As a 6'3" dude with a wide wings span, I have worked hard & paid the price. My rewarded was pain. I highly recommend these products. The Core Product design is smooth as a babies backside and stay cold much longer, compared to other ice packs (7 or more) that I have tried. Tip: Place these flat in freezer to expose a larger surface area for quicker heat transfer. Keep 3 or more on hand as I offer a warm or cold one, to older family members during the Holidays as some drive a great distance to visit. They never forget that generous offer, brilliant! I use a throw pillow under to get support and the quickest relief. When relaxing, I place the ice pack on top of a large pillow across my lap, then ice pack with small pillow over the top for comfort. Bottom line, pest product, great price, excellent customer service, quick delivery, best technical non-toxic fill, robust outer cover, and most of all, valued relief... period, Bar-Non. You have just found the best of the best...click buy! Try one if you dare... you'll buy more :) Blessing to all, Worn Out Farm Boy, Omaha, NE.
I already had one core hot/cold pack and love it. The size is perfect for my back problem. I purchased the second one as I have a problem which requires cold therapy immediately after heat, so I purchased a product that I know is great with both temperature ranges.
After shoulder surgery this was the best solution for icing to reduce inflammation and swelling and pain. Always keep one in the freezer, even when the other is on the shoulder. I take a frozen one wrapped in towels, in an insulated lunch bag, to physical therapy, and put it on immediately after. Best features: Cloth cover eliminates need to cover with towels to avoid "freeze burn". Velcro straps easily attach and hold the product securely. I can even drive home from PT with it on. This particular item is ideal for excellent coverage for shoulders, neck, and knees. Can also be heated, for therapeutic uses, or as a substitute cozy warmer when short 1 dog on a 3 dog night. Why don't Physical therapists use this? Possibly because they have to use something that can be easily disinfected between patients. If you are the only user, no problem! Recommendation: in the freezer keep it in a zip lock plastic bag so it does not absorb freezer odors. Also, do not let it sit in the plastic bag for too long outside the freezer. A friend did that, the item was slightly damp, and smelly mildew formed. Eeeww! We soaked it in the bathtub in a solution of 10:1 hot water:bleach, rinsed it several times, and hung it to dry thoroughly. It was good as new. Any friend of mine having knee replacement surgery gets TWO of these from me as a "get well" gift, rather than a card and flowers. I just order them delivered to their address. Every one has expressed appreciation for a thoughtful and USEFUL gift.
