It get very cold which is good but way too heavy, I can barely carry it. needs to have something much lighter inside.

The product was s great price. I use it as a cold pack and it stays cold for a good sum of time. It has been a lifesaver in helping with inflammation. Delivery was also very prompt. :)

Not cold enough long enough

Like the shape and soft outer material. Does not get cold enough or stay cold long enough. Comparing to my old Sammons Preston ice packs.

The soft comfort is not designed to be an ice pack or feel as cold as ice to the skin, which would require a towel in between. The Soft Comfort is designed to allow cold pack use directly against the skin. The packs can be chilled to colder temperatures if your freezer is capable of that.

A friend that I met at the gym had told me about your Hot & Cold Therapy Pack, then one day brought it to show me. She raved about it, so I ordered one the same day. I have only needed to use it as a cold pack, but I absolutely love it! I would highly recommend this product.

Have Purchased a 2nd One!!

Love this product so much that I ordered a second one. I keep one in the freezer and the other one for use as a hot pack since I seem to alternate between hot and cold therapy. Absolutely worth the money and is perfect to wrap around the neck. Would recommend to anyone having the need for neck relief whether it be cold or hot therapy.

work very well . have used them in the past and present. work well but do not heat them as they will start to leak. but perfect if you use them for cold only.
