Excellent Product!!

After having TKR surgery, I found this item to be very valuable in helping to loosen tight muscles, so that I can have an easier time with physical therapy. It also helps with tightness due to cold weather conditions at times.
I would strongly recommend this product to anyone!

This is the second set of Soft Comfort CorPak Hot & Cold Therapy Pack. Actually, I gave the small packs to friends for Christmas several years ago. I think they're wonderful. I really like the flexibility of the CorPak for any area in need of treatment.

Use as hot pack

Ordered two different packs, ice pack is gel. I ordered the soft comfort hot & cold pack for heat. Not sure if mine is defective, but it will not get more than lukewarm. I am using the directions: Heat in microwave 30 seconds. Continued heating 10 second intervals as directed. I kept doing this, but never could get it hot, hardly warm. Is it defective possibly? Microwave works great, so not sure what is wrong. I did notice the directions said "Store in freezer" I did not freeze it prior to warming. I have never had to use heat before so really need some input. Thanks

Love these gems.....I have purchased several in different shapes and sizes; two in the freezer and two for the micro wave! Always ready for use...have also given as gifts great to have on hand.

Your product is just what I needed. The way it forms around my legs and stays cold of so long is something I haven't found in other products. I also like the weight and the material. I'm so happy that I ordered this product I have already recommended these to many of my friends.
