Great product- would definitely recommend

This cold pack is awesome. I used one at a friend’s house on my hurt shoulder. It was heavier than most so it stayed in place and really allowed me to feel the cold. I immediately bought one and use it on my post surgery feet. It helps a lot and the soft outer material feels better than the ones that are plastic.

Love, love, love this cold pack!

This is my second time purchasing this cold pack. Bought two this time to replace my first two which lasted years. The outer cover is very soft, and I really like the fact that you can put it right against your skin instead of having to put the cold pack inside a towel or piece of fabric like a lot of the others. It does not drip, it is pliable to mold to whatever area of the body you need to use it on. The cold lasts a good half hour, which is all doctors recommend you should use it for at once. It will get cold enough to use again in a couple of hours in the freezer. I have tried it heated as well, but I find that cold works better for me, and there is no risk of burning yourself with uneven microwave heating using it as a cold pack. Highly recommend.

I had one of these before and loved the good job it did for heating my back. I used it so much it wore itself out. So I had to purchase another one. Excellent product. So happy with it When it wears out will purchase another.

Conforms well to Neck and Shoulder Area

I have used this product as a warm comfort pack (heated in the microwave) and it is excellent. It conforms much better to the neck and shoulder area than a heating pad. It is heavier than I thought it would be, but the weight does help it to stay in place.
