Great product.

Reliable. Holds up over time. I have had others over the last few years. Far superior than what I could get locally. Very malleable. Works good hot or cold. Comfortable. Does not get hard over time as other brands I have owned.

Owned one of the large ice packs for over 10 yrs. It really held up well. I needed another one as I've aged and have to share with the wife. Went online and bought the 4 piece therapy pack. Best. Decision. Ever. Well, next best decision after the wife. She's reminding me to tell you that the cervical one is awesome for headaches and wraps around the neck extremely well. The small size is great for ankles and can fit easily into a sock. Why didn't i buy more of that size, she's asking me. I better stop here and go to the order page.

Just Like my PT Uses

I recently had a total knee replacement surgery. As part of healing I need to ice my knee to reduce inflammation. I'm using an ice machine, but needed something else that is more portable for short term use. My physical therapist uses this product and I really like it, so I bought one for myself. Not only does it provide instant relief, it can be applied directly to the skin without concern of "freezer burn". Now I realize I should have bought two.

Good Cold Therapy Pack

I have purchased these 11 x 15 tri-sectional Hot and Cold Therapy Packs in the past and they have served well for molding to areas requiring ice. Recently after utilizing these packs a number of times they gave out and split at the joints oozing their gel contents. Because they had lasted for repeated uses and because of an upcoming surgery I was having which required icing I purchased two more.. They remain cold for about 20 minutes and mold nicely. I would recommend them but would like to see the joints where the tri-fold sides meet be reinforced.

If you're over 35, you can't live without a good ice pack and heat pack. These work better than any others I've tried

Great Quality Cold Therapy Pack

I have only used this product for icing purposes. It stays cold for my 20 minute icing cycles and molds nicely to many parts of the body especially the neck. I used it recently following a surgery and it worked well to keep the swelling down.

I have a disc fusion in my neck and have pain in my neck, shoulders and upper back as a result. My chiropractor recommended this and it helps a lot with inflammation and pain.
