These CorPaks work really well. I keep one in the freezer, it stays soft and pliable; and I keep one ready to pop into the microwave for warm heat. Very pleased with the paks!

These are the most comfortable and flexible gel packs that I have ever used.
They are made with a fabric cover so you don't have to handle a hot piece of vinyl that is then placed inside a cover where it may slip out of position.

I bought this to help a relative's post-op recovery. This is her assessment: "Held the temperature nicely. Material is comfortable and not irritating to the skin. Convenient size. Soft/pliant for conforming to and holding the cool temperature on the affected area."

I woke up with a terrible pain in my neck. Tried adjusting according to instructions, but still terribly uncomfortable. Would recommend the child size, which I had previously from a chiropractor. It is small but just the right height. Hoping I can trade in the adult size.

I like that this one piece pack covers my neck and both shoulders. In heated mode it does a good job of relaxing tight muscles. Only wish it was a little wider.

Bought these Core Products as a replacments for some well used Core Products purchased some time back. Was pleasantly surprised that the quality was even better than units purchased in the past. Great product, used everyday.
