I have bought so many different ice packs after having a shoulder replacement and this by far is the best! The only ones I use now! They are soft and pliable and not to heavy.

I use this instantly, anytime I strain my body! It conforms to all of my joints that ache due to aging!

I have this item, and my son borrowed it. His girlfriend ended up using it too, for her neck, and she loved it, so I ordered a new one for her. The best hot/cold pack my family has ever seen and used.

The product itself is quite nice and easier to manage than a heating pad.

I ordered two. I had to toss one of them since it came in damaged and the filling which looked like gray clay had leaked considerably. I was tempted to write for a refund or new item but I have not been feeling well. I understand that these things can happen.

The best!!

I normally don’t write reviews but I thought this product deserved it. My mom got this heat pad about 10 years ago after a car accident that left her with muscle aches. Since then we’ve been using it to calm down cramp pains or any muscle aches. It works perfect!! For the price and durability I’d say it’s more than worth it!!
