Very, very helpful product. However, one caveat: product becomes heavy when heated. Other than that, buy it!

This is my second one, my first one was from my Chiropractor. I wanted another one because I use it a lot for my back and sometimes I forget to put it back in the freezer. Now I don't have to worry about that. Perfect size , and it feels so good . It relaxes me and I usually fall asleep. Thank You!!

Our son and daughter-in-law gift us a CoreProduct Soft Comfort CrPak Hot & Cold Therapy Pack. We loved it. It has made a difference in our lives. I am facing a Total Hip Replacement, and stocking up on what will make a difference in my recovery. Highly recommend.

I have two of your ice packs and am so thankful for them. Without them I would not be able to sleep. An unrelenting shoulder/neck pain does not allow for good sleep or even to get past the pain to fall asleep...and then came my best friend the Core Product ice pack in the mail. It has allowed me to fall asleep. Thank you!

Excellent! I recently had rotator cuff surgery and use this multiple times a day. I also purchased one for my daughter who was in a car accident as well as one for my sister who was in a terrible fall off a deck. I love that it doesn’t burn your skin, is moldable and freezes easily.
