I love how it keeps the heat and or the cold for long periods of time. I would definitely recommend this product.

These are excellent. I've never used them warm but cold is excellent. I can use them directly on my skin with no ill effects. They are the best.

Exceptional Ice/Heat Pack

The ice pack freezes within an hour and can be placed directly on the skin, delivering relief to the neck and shoulders. Wish I’d discovered this product long ago.

Good product, could stay colder longer

I purchased two of the large square packs after using a neighbors older model after having ankle surgery. I was impressed so much by the neighbors that I bought two. However, my newer models do not seem to stay as cold for as long. Not sure if they technology was changed, but the older type was much better.

Still in great shape

I got a couple of these ice packs 8 years ago after knee surgery. I use them frequently now with menopause happening. And after 8 years, I would expect them now to work anymore or have holes in it and they don't. They are getting worn and will need to be replaced soon. What a great product that I didn't expect to have.
