Large cold pak

I purchase this to replace a similar item. This product is everything and more. Very comfortable using on my back, neck, and tailbone. It forms to the area while in use. It stays cold longer than a regular ice pak. I have not used this item as a hot pak.

I have chronic back pain and these packs are perfect to go to sleep with. They cool down in about 20 minutes, time limit my doctor set for icing, so I feel safe going to sleep with it and it is comfortable to lay on.

Excellent for arthritic pain

I have used various sizes and shapes of this hot/cold pack for several years to help with pain in several parts of my body: neck, shoulders, hips, various levels of my back, wrists. I have used them hot and cold and always keep one in the freezer just in case. This was recommended by the woman who did my massages.
