All 6 broke open and then some

Whatever you do don't waste your money on the larger tri- packs {tri-sectional} I ordered 6 so I can switch them out when they stop delivering cold.
I have pain in every joint and entire spine. Both my shoulders are so bad the Dr. said I need new ones. Ha Ha. Anyhow, each one broke open and leaked in the innermost corner seam.
the first one broke within 30 days. The rest followed like clockwork each few weeks thereafter until after 6 months they all went to the trash.

Then my larger rectangular cold packs followed suit. I had around 12 total. Believe me there was not much room left in my freezer for food.
I needed to use 4 at a time.

I never put any of them in the microwave. Cold therapy only.
So if you must buy this product like I continue to do, because I can't find a comparable alternative, be prepared to keep shelling out.
Trust me, you will be replacing them within 1 to 6 months.
I just threw away another large rectangular this morning which is why I logged on. I need to order 2 more replacements.
A word of advice, stay far away from the tri sectionals, they split the fastest and the easiest. And always in the same areas of the innermost corner.
Maybe Core needs to look at how they adhere the edges and change the formula.
I know they offer warranty's, and I could have exchanged them but with so many breaking open within weeks it just was not worth my time effort and shipping expense. It was much easier and less stress to toss and replace.
In the meantime I will continue my web search for a better product from a different provider.

I have used microwavable heat packs for many years and these are by far the best! The price was very reasonable and the shipping was very quick. I will definitely buy these again!

I have been using the Core Comfort corpak for years for my back (10x13). Now I'm using the smaller ones after my recent shoulder surgery. It's great and relieves my pain.
