I have used Core Products hot & cold therapy packs before. I like this one as well. I use them for neck and lower back arthritis and they are very helpful.

Love these ice/heat packs

Works great, warm or cold.

The therapy pads I purchased have been great. Much more comfortable to use cold especially (compared to any I’ve had before) and also warm. The flexibility makes them great for cuddling them in right where they need to be. I let my mother in law use mine on a visit and she loved it so much I ordered her one so when she got home she wouldn’t miss the relief she had found in mine. And maybe won’t come back as soon. Lol.
