Your tape is just as good as 3M for our purposes at a much lower price. Customer service is extraordinary!! Service and ordering are GREAT!!! Delivery is the only part that needs improvement... My last order all paper products was dropped off at our garage on Gardner Street rather than at our front door on Sunset Drive. Thankfully one of our employees noticed the boxes outside the garage doors. Rain and snow are in the forecast which could have damaged much of the order. I was in the office which is attached to the garage but heard nothing. Had someone knocked or beeped their horn I would have heard. There is a sidewalk leading to our front door (with a doorbell) but not utilized. Fortunately nothing bad happened but it could have...(water damage theft etc.). Staples is still the best!!!
