If your time is $valuable buy Scotch brand. Staples tape is so thin it splits at times not only at mounting but part way thru dispensing. Am tossing each roll upon its first issue until Scotch order comes.

I have used this tape for many years. It is very good and much less expensive than other brands. Staples products are always good.

Is thinner than scotch brand and occasionally splits down middle of the length depending how it's pulled for use. If not noticed right away you end up going backwards on tape to remove and discard the narrowed split part so you can start your tape for proper use again.

Great product without the high cost

Great product and fits our standard tape dispensers. Ran into a problem before using another brand that wasn't a big name and would not fit on the center piece for the dispenser. So I was very happy to find that the Staples brand tapes is as good as Scotch without the Scotch prices. I don't think they could get me to switch from the Staples brand now that I have no problems with this matching the tape dispenser inserts. Really can't be the fact of price convenience and it fits the standard dispenser.
