These pads are awful, every time I peel the strip in the back it rips up the pad.Then.it doesn't stay properly, and I have to.put a new pad on.They didn't use to be like that! It's getting to be a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We just moved and my dog is protesting her new environment, these pads make cleaning her messes easy and fast. Hopefully she will get used to her new surroundings soon, but until then, thank you for such a great product.

Absolutely ridiculous. Pads do not stick, wet or dry. How about instructions?

Claire, we're sorry you're frustrated with the Swiffer WetJet pads. The first thing you'll want to check is to make sure you're using the correct pads. Only the Swiffer WetJet pads (in a purple box) will fit the WetJet. Make sure to apply the printed side to the mop head. Also, if you get the pad wet with WetJet solution, it will stick to the bottom of the mop. Place the pad on the bottom of the mop, spray solution on the floor, let the pad absorb some of the solution, and the pad should stick. Give us a call at (800) 742-9220 if we can help you further.

Strip on pads

The strip on the pads rip off the adhesive and the pads then won't stick on the mop

We're sorry to hear this, since our products do go through many quality checks. It may be helpful to know that the strips found on our WetJet pads aren't intended to be removed. To place the pad onto your WetJet, attach the printed side onto the bottom of the mop head using firm pressure. Love it but......

I love this product but bought the extra large swiffer thinking I could purchase the pads to fit this size and cannot find them anywhere. So I use 2 regular size pads each time I mop. Please advise where I can find the larger refill pads!! Thanks.

We know that finding the right refills for your Sweeper is important! Please know that we don't recommend using our WetJet refill pads for our Sweeper. If you're looking for Sweeper XL Wet Cloths, we suggest checking out home improvement stores like Menards, Home Depot or Lowe's.

Great for a quick picker upper

Pros: quick and easy
Cons: leave the film
