Great fountain pen paper!

I use a Lamy Vista with an EF nib and I try to use environmentally-friendly paper. These sugarcane-based notepads are great because my pen doesn't feather at all like it does on the other recycled paper I have. There is also very little ghosting so the backside can be used if one desires to do so. And unlike some cheaper notepads the pages tear out smoothly. The brown lines are also easier on the eye for long study sessions. These are perfect for class notes homework or as scratch paper--the best part about notepads is that you can take all your notes for the day and then separate them into your own organizational scheme at the end of the day. Sprial notebooks leave the spiral behind as waste and you can't remove pages from composition notebooks. I hope Staples keeps on producing these notepads.

Good pads. Good for fountain pen usage but the paper used for these pads does not seem to be the same as the loose leaf punched Sustainable Earth paper.

Tan lines are much better to write on. Easier to read the writing and works great with a copier. Please keep carrying this product.

Fanastic Fountain Pen-Friendly Paper

Staples Sustainable Earth papers (which are 80% sugarcane) are the most fountain pen-friendly papers around and I hope Staples never stops making them. Fountain pen ink does not feather or bleed-through to the other side even with some of the wettest inks (and even though the paper is somewhat thin). As notebook papers go this is the only kind I use because it meets my needs perfectly. I only wish Staples would also make this paper available in plain sheets (like inkjet or copy paper). Two thumbs up!
